Debris Removers

Preventing little debris as flies, dust and blossom leaves in your end product is key in an efficient and most profitable work line. However, not everything can be prevented, at the end of the line there will remain a bit of dirt, dust and blossom leaves that look innocent, but can have devastating consequences when the crops are sold and delivered. With the strict requirements, rules and (export) regulations, delivering clean produce is crucial to a profitable business.

Hortiworld developed two debris removers: one for the packaging line and one that is developed exclusively for crates.

This air and vapor extraction system gently, yet effectively, removes flies, (blossom) leaves and small particles of dirt and other light weight debris.

The harvest crate debris remover thoroughly cleanses the harvest crates from any debris as well as any stickering, such as employee numbers.

Worker Transport

To us, a safe work environment is of the utmost importance. The worker transport carts we designed provide safety with the spring controlled entrance. It has sufficient room for 6 workers per cart and is with its turning circle of 3.5 m easily deployable in practically any greenhouse.
